James H. Voyles, III – Partner/CEO
Mr. Voyles brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry having served as a Senior Executive with various companies. His expertise spans all phases of real estate with emphasis in management, operations, project development, strategic planning, asset layout and master planning including entitlement approvals, environmental clearances with site analysis, design and construction. His career covers a portfolio valued at over $5Bn in projects. These projects covered national and international locations and were fundamental in helping Jim develop a reputation for bringing projects in on time and under budget with exceptional quality.
In the Healthcare field while serving as the real estate operations and management officer, Jim oversaw all company facilities and projects in 37 states and a staff consisting of 7 Regional Engineers all of whom had their own teams of property engineers.
Mr. Voyles will be responsible for setting the vision for PRR for working with the other management team members to execute against that vision. He will serve as the Senior Development Officer for the development of new plants handling project management and capital planning.
Mr. Voyles is a registered architect, with an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona and a dual MS in architecture and gerontology from the University of Southern California. He has completed graduate level courses in real estate development and finance at Harvard University.
Ronald Barnes - Partner, EVP, Technology
Mr. Barnes brings expertise in technology to the project team. He has been an integral part in setting up PRR Biomaterials Development, LLC. for the initial project. Ron will work with the Chief Technology Officer to handle the technology needs for the company including implementing the technology and systems that will run the plant. Ron has consulted for more than 20 years with fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Target, KPMG, PWC, and Coca Cola. His specialization lies the areas of HR finance including Payroll, Taxes, inventory and customer order entry systems. He will work with the CFO and Comptroller to establish the accounting system and with the COO to set up the sales tracking systems.
Mr. Barnes will oversee all IT related staff, software support, the IT infrastructure including any data centers, and other related hardware and software items. He will be responsible to establish the computer systems that will be required in the initial plant and at the corporate office and assist with the maintenance and operation of the systems for all future plants.
He has certifications by the SEC and FINRA of a Series 7 and 66 and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. He has a degree in marketing from Florida State University
Murray Frankel - EVP, Director of Global Development
Mr. Frankel brings executive experience in the areas of Architecture, Engineering, and Senior level Project management that has covered 30 years. He has owned and operated his own firm for the past 26 years. Mr. Frankel’s expertise covers design and project management with an emphasis in commercial and industrial projects ranging in value from $500,000 to $1.2Bn. He has been the principal in charge of architectural design for both industrial and commercial coordinating all job aspects including contract preparation, negotiation, project scheduling and cost monitoring. He is responsible for the legal expertise involving the preparation of detailed reports and court testimonies, while overseeing project estimation and cost control. His career has covered a portfolio of projects totaling billions of dollars.
Mr. Frankel will be responsible for overseeing the project management activities of each facility including the development of the architectural and engineering scope for each project. He will manage all project management work in Canada and internationally with assistance provide by PRR. He will work with the CEO in establishing criteria and specification standards for the basic plant development.
Mr. Frankel is a registered architect, engineer and senior executive level project manager. He has undergraduate bachelor degrees in architecture and engineering from McGill University in Montreal. He is a certified Engineer and Architect Ordre Des Ingénieurs Du Québec, Ordre Des Architectes Du Québec, and of the Ontario Order of Architectes.
Susan C. Barnes – SVP, Comptroller
Susan brings expertise in the Accounting, Tax, and Financial areas, which she honed through her years working for the IRS as an Agent in both the Examination Division and Employee Plans Pension Division. From her experience, she has obtained a deep background across the financial spectrum, which provided her the capability to develop a practice catering to high-end, business and individual clients covering accounting, tax and financial services.
She is licensed in Georgia as a Civil Mediator, Arbitrator, and she has been certified as an expert witness in her field. Ms. Barnes also provides guidance and expertise to her clients in accounting, income tax, financial planning, business valuations, business disputes and financial issues of divorce. She also represents her clients in cases before the IRS and Georgia Department of Revenue as well as providing litigation support for civil and divorce proceedings. She has also previously served as an instructor with the IRS and as a guest instructor at Gwinnett Technical College.
At the company, she will oversee accounting and financial functions including handling taxes, payroll, and reporting as well as providing support to the Executive Committee on all financial matters.
Ms. Barnes has a BS Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Forensic and Valuation Society, Georgia Society of Public Accounting, Registered Mediator and Arbitrator in the State of Georgia, member in the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia and carries other financial certifications.
Rodney Zehner – EVP, Chief Science and Marketing Officer
Mr. Zehner's expertise draws on a unique combination of operations management, sales and marketing, finance, contract negotiations, and engineering spanning 25 years. In his career, he has worked for companies such as Diatec Environmental, Honeywell-Measurex, Invensys Systems, Manugistics and Manhattan Associates were his work improved the operational supply chain management issues within the organizations and work environment. In 2003, Mr. Zehner resigned from his executive sales position in the enterprise application software arena to pursue his interests in commercial real estate development and institutional finance.
Rodney’s major focus on the initial project will be in the development of marketing strategy, identifying market opportunities, product sales, and for working refinement of the overall strategy that will set as the foundational example for future plants.
When he is not pursuing his entrepreneurial interests, Rodney devotes his time to serving at Passion City Church. He is heavily involved with serving on the advisory board, with SafeHouse Outreach, an organization that seeks to affect real change in the lives of those who have been economically deprived. He is also an active member in Habitat for Humanity.
Rodney graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Polymer Science and also earned an MS from the Georgia Tech with emphasis in Business Administration.
